At Ink online ( ST – Ink Cartridges) we are offer free delivery for order over $99. For order under $99 a flat rate shipping fee of $9.50 is applicable.
We are use Australian Post and Courier with a tracking number for all delivery.
All in stock orders placed before 2:00pm are dispatched at the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm, weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Your order can arrive 1 to 3 business days as a general guideline to major cities and towns, whilst it could take up to 6 business days for some remote areas
We try to keep all items in stock but for some reasons your order items is back order we will notify you within 24 hours to take further action. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Extra freight charges will be incurred in instances whereby a delivery is made and the customer is not on site to receive the goods; unless an ATL (Authority to leave) is issued. We take no responsibility for goods left with an ATL in place if the products are stolen from the premises/ Barcode Signature setup with the delivering transport company and the goods are shown to have been delivered.
If you are shipping your order to an Australia Post PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER service, the responsibility for these goods is transferred to Australia Post the moment the goods are signed for or accepted by Australia Post.
Should an incorrect address be supplied, a redirection and redelivery charge $9.50 will be incurred.
Return
We undertake to provide free of charge replacement or credit if your cartridges are faulty. To enable refund or replacement of product for faulty printer consumables, the following is required.
- Reason of the fault.
- A print sample. If the print quality is not good. The cartridges returned without a print sample cannot and will not be investigated
- Faulty cartridge batch No.
- Ink cartridges must be above the minimum weight stipulated by the manufacturer as being applicable for return. A list of these minimum weights is available on request.
If the product is found not to be faulty, the product will be returned to the customer with a print sample and no credit will be issued. There will be a shipping fee to return any rejected items back to you.
If product has been refilled, remanufactured or tampered with in any way the claim will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Our products come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
If you have incorrectly ordered or changed your mind about the items you have purchased, 20% restocking fee will apply for the unused and unopened items you return. However, any shipping fee that you paid for the original purchase is non-refundable. Return items must meet following requires
- All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- All unwanted or incorrectly invoiced stock items must be returned ‘un-opened’ and in ‘as new’ condition with no writing, sticky tape or any other form of labels or markings on them or the credit will be denied and stock returned at the customer’s expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
If these requirements are not satisfied, Ink Online reserves the right not to offer a credit or refund. There will be a shipping fee to return any rejected items back to you.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance associated with the return. Ink Online will not issue a credit or refund on such costs.
Please ensure goods are returned with a tracking number, as we will not issue a replacement or refund for items that have not been received by our store.
Seal and secure all goods to ensure unbroken arrival without leakage or loss in transit.
To return a product, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without an Ink Online RA number, which is valid for 30 days from the issue date. When posting goods back to us, the RA number is to be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us
